​Ticket Holder (“You”) voluntarily assumes all risks; danger, including personal or bodily injury or death, property loss; damage, which may occur by attending Feral Music & Arts Festival 2022. You agree that Feral Music & Arts Festival Inc., associated agents; the facility owners are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this ticket and you will hold Feral Music & Arts Festival Inc harmless from any claims arising from the use of this ticket.

All vehicles and persons are subject to search by Feral security upon entrance to grounds to ensure compliance with provincial; federal laws, facility rules; regulations. No illegal substances permitted; soliciting illegal substances will result in criminal charges. NO PETS, NO GLASS. Glass items will be confiscated. All firearms and weapons will be confiscated upon entry (incl. knives, staffs/bats, bows, hammers, axes, etc).


This ticket is yours to protect; no exchange, refund or replacement if lost, stolen or unused. Ticket is invalid if the barcode or QR code is duplicated, removed, or tampered with.

No parking/camping is permitted on the road the night before gates open. All vehicles will be searched upon entry. No alcohol, glass, or illegal materials are permitted. Full list of all prohibited items can be found in the FAQ section.


​All tickets and passes are non-refundable. All credentials are the sole property of the Feral Music & Arts Festival. Feral will not be responsible for lost tickets or passes and does not issue replacement tickets or passes. Feral will not issue refunds for any reason, including if the event is terminated early or cancelled due to extreme weather, acts of nature, acts of terrorism or government regulation. Feral will not issue refunds for any failure or inability to use tickets due to illness, positive Covid-19 tests, acts of God, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, or other conditions beyond the control of the Feral Music & Arts Festival. Please ensure that you will be able to attend the festival before purchasing your tickets. Your ticket is valid only for the year on your Feral ticket.

Feral reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to anyone without refund of ticket or pass. All ticket holders must be 19+ years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Proof of guardianship may be requested at the gate. All ticket holders must present two pieces of government-issued identification. Tickets and passes are a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Only purchase tickets from an authorized vendor or through Tickit ticket transfer. Any ticket that has been duplicated or tampered with is invalid.

Feral reserves the right to change the programming without notification. All tickets include camping in the general camping area(s) (subject to limited availability). Re-entry will be charged at $30/vehicle.



If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, your tickets and passes will be deferred to the next Feral Event of the same type for which your Credentials were purchased. If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, you agree that aside from obtaining a deferral credit for your Credentials, you will have no remedy against Feral Music & Arts Festival (Feral Music & Arts Festival Ltd.), at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or Feral was advised of the same.


​Guests and vehicles will be subject to searches prior to entry. Prohibited items include alcohol, drugs, glass, mirrors, weapons, flares, fireworks and pets (guide dogs are permitted with pre-registration) Full list of all prohibited items can be found in the FAQ section. Prohibited items are subject to seizure. The festival is not responsible for any confiscated items.

Vehicles parked in marked fire lanes will be towed without notice to the owner.

Potable drinking water is available free of charge throughout the campground and at the food vendors area.

No unauthorized vending is permitted.

Use of images taken at Feral other than for personal use, or of the phrase “Feral Music & Arts Festival” “Feral Music Festival” in the title of any publication or advertisement is prohibited without prior written consent of Feral Music & Arts Festival Ltd.

Your image may be captured in video or photographs without your consent and without compensation.

Feral is held in the mountains near Golden, BC. Please treat the land and yourself with the utmost respect and care.



​The health and safety of our attendees and the community that hosts us is of utmost importance. Feral Music & Arts Festival will continue to operate in accordance with local health guidelines. Feral Music & Arts Festival tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing a Feral Music & Arts Festival ticket, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. In the event Feral Music & Arts Festival 2022 cannot take place, all valid tickets will be moved forward to the next possible event date.


​Feral reserves the right to make changes to the Terms as posted, so be sure to check back and review the Terms from time to time prior to purchase.

Your tickets are being purchased from the Feral Music & Arts Festival (the organizer). Tickit's services are limited to generating tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. All communications or disputes regarding refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
